Monitored Data

Predict trends, life or failure of equipment

GALIOM maintains almost all kind of inspection data. Historical data maintained in GALIOM helps engineers to plot graphical trends which help them to predict failure and remaining life of the equipment. Learn more about Galioms' abilities to record all kinds of inspection techniques.

Monitored data collection using various inspection methods and recording back in inspection software one by one is laborious and hence GALIOM provides data logger interfaces and also import of monitored data from excel files.

Inspector can simply enter or record data in excel files in a GALIOM provided formats and then simply upload into GALIOM. GALIOM's validation formula engine will validate while data is imported into the screen, highlighting all the bad or incomplete data. Finally only the validated and correct and complete data is transferred into GALIOM monitored data area for graphical trending and analysis by the engineers.

There are many inspection techniques that can be recorded in GALIOM: Ultrasonic Wall Thickness, Corrosion Coupon, Corrosion Probe, Cathodic Protection, Oxide Scale Measurement, Dimension Check, Long Range UT data, Intelligent Pigging, Freespan Measurement, Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI), Liquid Penetrant Inspection (LPI), Vibration Analysis data or Structural inspection data.
