Inspection Reporting

GALIOM provides inspection memo and reporting tool for recording and maintaining the entire inspection findings and the recommendations made to the maintainer. Inspection memo and report is able to highlight the anomalous pieces of equipments and their components.

Inspection engineer / reliability engineer prepares the work scope for preventative maintenance. This preventative maintenance could be anything from ultrasonic wall thickness, radiography, visual examination or any other inspection method. At the end of the preventative maintenance execution, GALIOM allows inspectors to record the inspection memo with the inspectors comment and findings. These findings also accumulate a huge amount of drawing sketches and photos representing the actual status of the piece of the equipment and its components.

GALIOM maintains these equipments photos and hand sketched drawing in GALIOM inspection memo and reports area. One of the most important functionality that this screen does is highlights the corrective maintenance required based on its priority. If there is any repair or replacement required in the equipment and it is overdue or within 7 days would be highlighted in the asset hierarchy as RED colour. Any corrective maintenance requirement that is within one month to overdue would be highlighted in asset hierarchy as ORANGE and more than one month to overdue would highlight as GREEN. This traffic light system would be indicative for GALIOM users to quickly look at areas of concern. The whole colour coding system is configurable.

GALIOM Inspection reporting contains many assessment result reports that will be useful for engineer who wish to generate report for submission and tracking.

Recommendation Follow up Report
This report shows report no., asset name inspection type, condition codes, repair code contain, raised date, follow up text and follow up date. This report is also coloured by "RED" for less than equals to 7 days the follow up date is, and coloured "ORANGE" for greater than 7 days and less than equals to 30 days.

Recommendation Follow up report
FFP is green and completed. This report is to show all the green FFP status and either there is no follow up date or it the closed date is entered.

Recommendation Follow up report
FFP is green and not completed. This report is to show all the green FFP status and there is follow up date and the closed date is not entered.

Recommendation follow up report
FFP is orange and 30 days to overdue.
