Asset Integrity Management

GALIOM assists in maintaining customer's facility for design integrity, technical integrity and operating integritys. Asset integrity is obtained by applying and managing risks arising due to loss in any of this integrity.

Design integrity

GALIOM with its approach of involving the upper management, operator and HSE helps customer awareness of changing risks. Highlights risk assessed by RBI, Preventative and corrective maintenance being Overdue. GALIOM assists in establishing design integrity by ensuring predicted physical behaviour of the design in the environment for which it is required to operate. Once it has been analysed, possible functional failure modes can be identified, resulting in re-design or additional specified operating and maintenance requirements. Design integrity is fundamental to establishing Asset Integrity.


Technical and operating integrity

GALIOM assists in establishing technical and operating integrity by managing the functional failure and recommend corrective action in order to regain the technical integrity. From a functional failure, technical integrity is achieved by modifying operating conditions so as the ALARP is maintained. A change in operating condition from the established performance standard means operating integrity has been lost.


Integration

GALIOM interfaces with external CMMS, planning tools and SCADA/PI to integrate several specific applications into an integrated AIM tool and highlights the change in Technical and Operating conditions. This provides a clear vision of the actual status of maintenance activities associated for the high, medium or low risk items.
